Attorney Joanna "Jo" Posey is the founder and owner of Posey Legal, PC in Portland, Oregon. The firm provides services in the areas of family law, estate planning, and probate.

Ms. Posey is a collaborative attorney and mediator with extensive experience and training in a variety of alternative dispute resolution techniques.  Her practice has been focused exclusively on family law and domestic relations issues for over ten years, including divorce, support and custody modifications, high asset/complex cases, and adoption. She also has experience litigating cases with overlapping probate and domestic relations issues.
