The Oregon Association of Collaborate Professionals (OACP) is affiliated with the International Academy of Collaborative Professional (IACP) and follows the IACP standards and ethics. Oregon Association of Collaborate Professionals (OACP) is a community of professional lawyers, mental health providers and financial professionals, working in the state of Oregon together to create a client-centered process of resolving conflict within a legal system in a positive and respectful manner. The OACP provides meetings and events with other collaborative professionals and facilitates the exchange of information and resources. Our BIG training event is usually held in May of each year.

To increase public awareness of the collaborative process, we have an active committee working for passage of the Uniform Collaborative Law Rules/Act (“UCLA”) throughout the state of Oregon.
